“I joined the ISM program at TVP during the pandemic, in need of a creative outlet and to rekindle my love of working with clay. Since then, it has become one of my life’s passion. I came in as a beginner, and I am a completely different potter than I was 2 years ago! My skills and confidence have grown exponentially since being a part of this program – from wheel throwing, hand building, usage of the kilns, glazing, to growing my business – the mentors have been there to teach, encourage, and nourish my creativity and art. In addition to the unparalleled tutelage and guidance from the mentors, being a part of the community at TVP has been such a gift. I feel incredibly grateful for what I know is a lifelong community of inspiring and supportive artists and friends.
I just welcomed a baby boy to my family and will be taking a short break from pottery as I adjust to life as a mom, but will be upstairs at Second Story Potters starting in January 2023 with work for sale! Come say hi!”
